You are…

An advanced student or soon to graduate in Accounting with strong organizational and time-management skills, very keen to learn and put knowledge into practice, working closely with an experienced finance team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department

• Work collaboratively with Accounts Payable

• Opening new client information, complete forms and invoicing

• Enter and upload invoices into applicable systems

• Assist in collections as needed to maximize cash flow

• Assist in several administrative tasks

• Assists in special projects, ad hoc analysis and other requests from management

Required skills:

• Advanced student or soon to graduate in Accounting, top grades of qualifications is required

• Fluent in English advanced level

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specific to Excel

• Strong Google Suite skills

• Ability to have conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level manager
