You are…

An experienced and highly motivated HR Manager with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic human resources plans within tech companies. You are versed in creating policies and procedures aligned with the company’s goals, as well as implementing programs that boosts employee productivity and loyalty. The role requires contributing to building a culture that values trust, employee engagement and leadership effectiveness in a multicultural and English forward environment. 


Job requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Bamboo HR platform to better support our people

  • Day to day HR services

  • Facilitate the creation of job descriptions

  • Facilitate annual employee review process

  • Developing retention and reward programs

  • Key point of contact for Onboarding and Offboarding tasks

  • Collaborate with the payroll process

  • Developing training and continuing education programs for employees

  • Work with team leaders to translate hiring needs and ensure effective filling of job openings.

  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as HR Manager or HR Coordinator 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources

  • English fluency is a must 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws
