We are looking for:

A highly motivated DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER in Puerto Rico to manage, strategically plan and monitor the entire commercial link with the client. Supervision of every project for the said client from beginning to end within the established parameters for every one of them.

Being responsible for the establishment of a fluid communication between the Client and the company. Being the responsible leader of the work team assigned for the account, in order to achieve the client´s maximum satisfaction.


Job requirements

You must be able to:

  • Lead the assigned team towards the development of the client´s projects, achieving the set objectives

  • Responsibility of the coordination and work assignment to the different members of the team

  • Organization of team meetings to better visualize the projects

  • Responsibility to create innovative high quality solutions together with the Creative Team

  • Active and creative participation in the search of optimal necessary solutions for the project’s production together with the Technical Leader and the Creative Team.

  • Responsibility for providing a product that will exceed the client’s expectative, or at least satisfies it

  • Responsibility for the validation of the project’s quality standards during the productive cycle in collaboration with the team’s Technical Leader

  • Coordination of the different projects; from beginning to end, managing to meet the expectations of those involved, dealing with the project’s variables so as to fulfill the project on time, within cost and with the compromised quality

  • Responsibility for obtaining the client’s formal approval, referring to every milestone throughout the project

  • Responsibility to terminate the pre-production stage, once the aforementioned formal approvals have been obtained

  • Manage and update the various activities, improvements, milestones, documentation and all the project’s relevant information in real time in the management systems (tools) of his/her area

  • Participate in meetings with the client, call conferences, either at our offices or in local and international offices

  • Hold meetings with the client so as to interiorize him/herself with the whole of the projects

  • Participate in trainings provided by the client in whatever form

  • Perform reports on the evolution of brands and competition in digital media

  • Perform presentations on the projects carried out for the different brands to the client’s Marketing team and other agencies working for the client
    • Responsible for the team’s participation in social events of any of the client’s brands.

Required skills:

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience working in account management or sales team

  • Technology, Digital Marketing and Web Development project experience is highly valuable

  • Creative thinker with problem solving practical skills. Proactive, self-sufficient and strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to interact across a wide variety of stakeholders, business and technical executives

  • Project Management experience is highly regarded

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and/or valuable briefs

  • Nurture relationships with clients

  • Excellent oral and written skills. Comfortable presenting to clients

  • English fluency is a must
